How We Are Responding To The Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In accordance with State and Federal guidances, and in an effort to reduce the spread of the disease, we are not accepting walk-in traffic at our Pine Grove business office until further notice.

The Volcano Communications Group is informing its customers that we are taking a number of steps to keep our customers connected to their essential telecommunication services, while minimizing personal contact that could spread the disease to our customers and employees.

Home or business repairs or installations requiring a technician’s visit will continue, but be restricted as needed or agreed upon only.

Low Income Student Assistance Program For Internet Access In Response To COVID-19

 

As a goodwill gesture to our community, Volcano Telephone, Internet and Vision will be offering, at no charge to qualifying families, internet service for students within our company services areas for students in Amador and Calaveras counties. This is a temporary program currently set to expire in 60 days. The program is intended for students attending public and private schools, students K-12, community college, and college.
